Log in & user account
Instructions for signing in to Caleido and resetting your password.
Caleido uses email and password based authentication. To sign in, you need an active user account created by your organization’s admin. Credentials will be sent to you by email.
Sign in
Open the sign-in page
Navigate to app.caleido.io
Enter your credentials
Enter your email address and password.
You can select Remember me to stay signed in on your device.
Sign in
Click Sign in.
Click Sign in. You will be automatically directed to your organization’s main view.
Reset your password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
Request a reset link
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
Enter your email address
Enter the email address registered with Caleido and click Send reset link.
Open the link from your email
Check your inbox for the reset email.
If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
The link is single-use and expires after 24 hours.
Set a new password
Open the link, enter your new password twice, and confirm by clicking Save password.
Do not share your login credentials with others. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify your administrator.
